This is an intimate Retreat of no more than 10 participants.
Loads of Creative activities
Opening ceremony Friday, 9th October, 2026 at 4.00pm. Group dinner at local restaurant 6.30pm. Main meal and desert included you will need to purchase your own drinks
Saturday morning mindfulness and creativity, with a long break to explore or rest and spend the afternoon Creating an individual artwork.
Sunday Creative self-care and how to return to the real world and still put yourself on top of your to-do list.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants attending a Creative Wellbeing Retreat ("the Retreat") operated by Creative Healing.
By booking and attending the Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking
Your place is confirmed once your completed booking form has been received and your non-refundable deposit has been paid.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise agreed in writing by Creative Healing.
2. Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid by the due date advised by Creative Healing. If payment is not received by the due date, Creative Healing reserves the right to cancel your booking and offer your place to another participant.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
The $500 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Should you need to cancel your booking:
More than 60 days before the Retreat: You will receive a full refund of all monies paid, excluding the non-refundable $500 deposit.
Between 30 and 60 days before the Retreat: You will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Less than 30 days before the Retreat: No refund will be provided.
If you choose to leave the Retreat early or do not participate in part or all of the Retreat, no refund or credit will be provided.
If your place is able to be filled from a waitlist, Creative Healing may, at its sole discretion, provide an additional refund; however, this is not guaranteed.
4. Minimum Participant Numbers
The Retreat is subject to minimum participant numbers.
Creative Healing reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the Retreat if minimum participant numbers are not met or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Creative Healing cancels the Retreat, participants will receive a full refund of all retreat fees paid, including the deposit.
Creative Healing is not responsible for reimbursing any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to transport costs, accommodation booked separately, leave from employment, travel insurance or any other incidental expenses.
5. Travel Insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
Travel insurance should include cover for cancellation, illness, injury, travel delays, vehicle breakdown, lost or damaged personal belongings and any other unexpected expenses.
Creative Healing accepts no responsibility for travel disruptions, cancellations, accommodation costs, transport expenses or any financial loss incurred before, during or after the Retreat.
6. Changes to the Retreat
Creative Healing reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Retreat program, timetable, venue, accommodation, facilitators or activities where necessary.
These changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
7. Participant Health Declaration
By booking the Retreat, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are physically and emotionally able to participate in the Retreat activities.
The Creative Wellbeing Retreat is designed to promote wellbeing, creativity and personal growth. It is not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention or ongoing mental health treatment.
You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, dietary requirements, accessibility requirements or mental health concerns that may affect your participation or require additional support.
If your health or circumstances change before the Retreat, you agree to notify Creative Healing as soon as reasonably practicable.
8. Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, Creative Healing will make reasonable efforts to contact your nominated emergency contact and arrange appropriate medical assistance.
By attending the Retreat, you authorise Creative Healing to seek emergency medical treatment on your behalf if you are unable to provide consent and urgent medical attention is considered necessary.
Any costs associated with ambulance services, medical treatment, hospital care, medications or related expenses remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate Medicare, private health insurance and/or travel insurance to cover any medical expenses.
9. Accessibility
Please note there are approximately 10 steps leading to the art studio.
The Retreat venue may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility.
If you have accessibility requirements, please contact Creative Healing before booking so we can discuss whether the Retreat is suitable for your needs.
10. Participant Responsibility
Participants attend the Retreat voluntarily and agree to take responsibility for their own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing throughout the Retreat.
Participation in all creative, mindfulness and wellbeing activities is voluntary.
Participants are encouraged to participate at their own pace and may choose not to participate in any activity.
Participants agree to communicate with facilitators if they experience distress or require additional support.
11. Release and Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that the Creative Wellbeing Retreat includes creative arts, mindfulness, movement, self-reflection, group discussions and other wellbeing activities that may involve physical, emotional or psychological challenges.
By attending the Retreat, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities and accept responsibility for their own wellbeing throughout the Retreat.
Participants agree to participate only to the extent they feel comfortable.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, participants release and hold harmless Creative Healing, its directors, employees, contractors and facilitators from any claims, liabilities, losses or damages arising from voluntary participation in the Retreat, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Right to Refuse Participation
Creative Healing reserves the right to refuse admission to, or discontinue the participation of, any person where, in our reasonable opinion, their participation may place themselves, another participant, staff member or facilitator at risk, or where their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive or inappropriate.
Where a participant is refused entry or asked to leave due to safety concerns or inappropriate behaviour, no refund will be payable.
13. Respectful Behaviour
Creative Healing is committed to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive environment.
Participants agree to treat facilitators, staff and fellow participants with courtesy, kindness and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, violence or behaviour that negatively impacts the wellbeing of others will not be tolerated.
14. Alcohol & Drug Use
The use of illegal drugs during the Retreat is strictly prohibited.
Participants must not attend workshops or activities while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
Creative Healing reserves the right to ask any participant whose behaviour is affected by alcohol or drugs to leave the Retreat immediately without refund.
15. Confidentiality
The Creative Wellbeing Retreat encourages a safe and supportive environment where participants may choose to share personal experiences.
Participants agree to respect the privacy of others by keeping personal stories and information shared during the Retreat confidential.
While Creative Healing will encourage confidentiality amongst participants, confidentiality between participants cannot be guaranteed.
16. Photography & Media
Photographs and video footage may be taken during the Retreat for promotional and marketing purposes.
No identifiable photographs or video of participants will be used without their prior consent.
Participants may withdraw their consent at any time before publication.
17. Dietary Requirements
Creative Healing will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements notified before the Retreat.
However, meals are prepared by third parties and Creative Healing cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Participants with severe allergies or dietary requirements remain responsible for managing their own health and should notify Creative Healing before attending.
18. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for the care and security of their own personal belongings, including jewellery, mobile phones, computers, cameras and cash.
Creative Healing accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
19. Mobile Phone Use
To help create a calm, present and connected environment, participants are asked to minimise mobile phone use during workshops, group discussions and creative activities.
20. Limitation of Liability
Participants attend the Retreat voluntarily and participate in all activities at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Creative Healing, its directors, employees, contractors and facilitators accept no liability for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, damage, delay, expense or consequential loss arising from participation in the Retreat or travel to and from the Retreat, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law.
21. Bushfire, Extreme Weather & Force Majeure
The Retreat is conducted in a regional location and may be affected by bushfires, severe weather, road closures, public health emergencies or other events beyond the reasonable control of Creative Healing.
Creative Healing reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel the Retreat where necessary for the safety of participants, facilitators or staff.
Where possible, an alternative date will be offered. If the Retreat cannot proceed, refunds will be provided in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and Australian Consumer Law.
Creative Healing is not responsible for any travel, accommodation or other incidental expenses incurred by participants as a result of cancellation or postponement.
22. Privacy
Personal and health information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and used only for administering the Retreat, ensuring participant safety and communicating relevant information.
23. Acceptance
By paying your deposit and completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
You confirm that:
The information you have provided is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You understand and accept the cancellation and refund policy.
You understand that the $500 deposit is non-refundable.
You understand there are approximately 10 steps leading to the art studio.
You understand that Creative Healing recommends obtaining travel insurance.
You accept responsibility for your own health and wellbeing throughout the Retreat.
You consent to Creative Healing arranging emergency medical treatment if required.
You understand that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
